Donating
cars for kids to help with funding country-wide efforts is what we’re all
about! Did you know that September is childhood cancer awareness month?
That children’s organizations are gearing up to provide phone support, school
breakfasts, and pro-inclusion programs across the country as a new school year
kicks off? Or that you can dive into all sorts of regional efforts and benefit
your area children’s hospital’s fundraising drives this Fall?
A quick
glance at our August donation submissions shows that we had 8 new
donors gifting Kids Cancer Care with their recycle-ready vehicles this past
month.
Earlier in
the year, an Acura donor gift a provincial children’s hospital with $1755.53
after the successful auction sale of his car!
Donating cars for kids and the programming they need
gets them off to a good start!
We’ve just
received a couple of recycle-ready vehicles for donation to Breakfast for
Learning, and have another cheque for $355.50 almost ready to disburse as they launch
their Fall efforts. Bullying Canada has a gift to put toward their
instructional efforts on its way, and the Kids Help Phone can expect a cheque
for four more cars for kids gifts to arrive in their mailbox soon!
Charities
working alongside children and youth comprise many of our hundreds of receiving
organizations. Interested in seeing what your options are? And if you’re

We do not
accept donations from MN, MD, IL, NJ, NY or WV at this time.

and in some cases pickup may be the same day.
- We will work with you to
arrange for pickup at a time and date that works with your schedule.
- You will be issued a temporary
receipt at the time of pickup.
- You will receive the 1098(C),
the IRS Tax receipt one week after your vehicle is sold.
